My massage and Bodywork unique style integrates trainings in Western and Eastern modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular and Trigger Point style massage, Hot Stone, Aroma Therapy, Myofasical and Connective Tissue Release.  I believe we all contain the innate capability to heal and uses an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind. I  graduated from Southeastern Institute in Charlotte, NC with a completed 900 hour course in Professional Clinical Massage Therapy and Bodywork, finishing the program with leadership distinction and high honors.    Through compassionate and careful listening I address physical and energetic issues, gently ushering your body toward its own healing abilities and opening up the potential for deep releasing of all kinds. I strives to make each session on the table meaningful for your life that day, guiding your body towards peace, balance and relaxation.
